• 01. How to find user or clan?

• 02. I have a login problem or i can't see the menus

  The Gamez-Club site is working with Cookies, so you must enable them in your browser, additionnaly the date of your computer must be up to date to let the cookie function properly. If you still have a problem, but are sure to have enabled cookies in your browser then please click here to delete the actual one. If you still have that problem, let's see if you have done all right: click here, and press many times F5. Is the page refreshing and cookies counting ? If not, the problem is from your side. Check some firewall settings. Per example, NORTON firewall can block some viewings from Gamez-Club. Open your firewall, and add in the AD-BLOCKING part the URL of Gamez-Club and specially the pages that are not well displayed. If you still have a problem, please contact an Admin.

• 03. I can't access some parts of the Site or Join Ladders

  That s certainly because you have some warnings. You canbe forbidden to access some places because of your attitude in board or your recent activity in playing.
  However, you should have a Colored Card, yellow or red. If you have a yellow card, this one will disappear after 4 weeks of activity.

• 04. When i Offer a Match, i dont understand what mean the Rank

  Well, it s quite simple.
  If you offer a match, and don't want the top of the ranking, or the bottom of the ranking, answer to your challenge, then specify a Range from where you accept challengers
  Per example, you want to play with people from your skill, at bottom ranking, offer a match and specify rank 100 to 300, so the first 100 clans in the Ladder can't play with you.

• 05. How do I accept a challenge?

  When someone challange you og your clan, you must accept.
  This is easy done by clicking the green hook under action in open matches.

• 06. How to join in on a Cup / Playoff

  Cups / Playoffs are made from one of the ladders under the Game. So you will be able to read in front of the cupname what ladder the Cup / Playoff are made from. So then you need to join into that ladder first, and you need to have the number of players that ladder is made for in your team. and then you can join into the cup page and register for the cup.

  To find the server Rules, you must go into the serverpage, and then you must push the name of one of the servers you wonder about the rules for. And in the bottom of that page, you will find a button named Rules.

• 10. How do I make a clan?

  You have to be registered on the site, and you must be loged in.
  Then you look at the left sidebar, scroll down until you find CONTROL PANEL, and there u push the small arrow on the rigt side of the box, and a dropdown menu will show. And here you can make clans and administrate your clans.

• 11. I have created my own clan, but i can't join a Ladder, why ?

  Check all this in your clan profile: Are you the Leader of your clan ? Do you have any members in your clan ? If yes, are they declared as "fighters"? Do you have enough members to join the Ladder you trying to ? because if you are two only you can't join a 3v3 Ladder. Is the Ladder opened to everyone ?

• 12. I can't challenge someone, why ?

  Plz check that you are in the same Ladder than the user or clan you want to challenge and that also you, or him, have the requested conditions to be opponents. The conditions can be, the number of player, but also the Rank. A newbie can't challenge someone in top ranking And it can be that some players in the other clans dont have the needed gaming accounts for a game. and a clan with 5 people and someone who dont have the gaming account set up, will not be able to play in a 5 vs 5 ladder then. and can be the reason u cant challenge that team.

• 13. Can we be members of several clans ?

  Yes, as many as you want. But there's still a potential problem (no way to challenge) if one of you is also member of the opposite clan, specially if you are just the required amount of members for a particular ladder (like 5 members of a clan in a 5V5 Ladder) and declared in both clans. Also a member, can't be "fighter" in two clans that are challenging each others in the same ladder.

  Call of Duty games: Here you would have to add in the complet GUID ID on 32 letters if you would want to get stats and rank in your userprofile from our public server, It will be stats on default servers and promod servers. This is because our stats system are pulling the complet guid from the players ingame and put realtime up to db. But if you dont want to have stats or rank on the leetgaer website. Then you can use the 8 last digits in the GUID ID

  You can find your GUID while playing on a server. Hold Shift while pushing the console button. You will then get main console. Write /pb_myguid And in 1337gamers servers, you can also just type !guid in the chat, and the server will tell you what your Guid is. [Call of Duty 5 info only] In call og duty 5, for having stats tracked for your user, you must use the last method that only works on 1337gamers servers. Since that is the only way for our stats system to track you. Since there it is 2 diffrent guids. the one that the server gets on rcon and the one you get when you type pb_list r pb_power. there you get the pb guid that in cod5 are not the same as server gets on rcon.</p>
